Grosvenor House 8/10 sleeper self catering house. Modern, spacious house with all bedrooms en-suite. Open plan kitchen/lounge area leads onto a veranda with a spectacular view over yacht basin, False Bay and Naval Base. Superior quality linen provided. Flat screen HD DSTV in lounge.
Ideal house for family re-unions or long lets and for groups over the great white shark diving season. Minimum of 2 week lets from 16 December - 6th January and minimum of 2 night lets over weekends and long weekends. Shared use of pool with guest house. Take a stroll into the Village or down to Penguin Beach and say hi to our resident penguins.
